Sports Physical Reminder
Students in 1st-8th grade that are participating in sports must have a physical on file dated after April 1, 2024 for the 2024/2025 school year per Deanery rules.
GRADES 1-8
The IHSAA PPE (Physical Form) is required for your child to play-
